Pandit Ji Onboarding Form

1. Platform Agreement

1. By registering on PoojaArchana, you agree to act as an independent service provider and not as an employee of PoojaArchana.
2. PoojaArchana reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.
3. Your profile will go live only after successful verification of documents and background check.
4. PoojaArchana may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of revised terms.

2. Service Standards

1. You must arrive at the customer's location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pooja time.
2. All poojas must be conducted with full rituals, dignity, and in accordance with the tradition agreed upon at booking.
3. Pooja must be conducted in the language preferred by the customer as agreed at the time of booking.
4. You must maintain professional conduct at all times — avoid use of mobile phone during pooja, arrive in appropriate attire.
5. You must provide future guidance to the customer including repeat pooja timing, vrat suggestions, etc.
6. Any misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the platform.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Once you accept a booking, cancellation by you is allowed only in genuine emergency situations with at least 12 hours notice.
2. Repeated cancellations (3 or more) will result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
3. In case of no-show by the pandit without notice, PoojaArchana reserves the right to levy a penalty of ₹500 or the full booking amount, whichever is lower.
4. All bookings confirmed through the platform must be honoured through the platform and not diverted to direct payment.

4. Payment & Compensation

1. The payment amount, commission structure, and payout schedule shall be governed exclusively by the separate Service Agreement signed between PoojaArchana and the registered Pandit Ji at the time of onboarding approval.
2. No payment terms shall be deemed final or binding until the Service Agreement is duly executed by both parties.
3. PoojaArchana reserves the right to revise payment terms with prior written notice of at least 15 days. Continued use of the platform after notice period implies acceptance of revised terms.
4. PoojaArchana reserves the right to withhold payment in case of dispute, complaint, misconduct, or active investigation.
5. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted as per applicable Income Tax laws before any payment is released.
6. You are solely responsible for declaring your income and paying all applicable taxes beyond TDS.
7. Any off-platform transaction discovered by PoojaArchana will result in permanent ban and recovery of dues owed as per the Service Agreement.

5. Profile & Content

1. All information provided in this form must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination.
2. You grant PoojaArchana permission to use your name, photo, and profile details for display on the platform and marketing materials.
3. You must keep your availability calendar updated at all times. Failure to do so leading to booking conflicts will be treated as a cancellation.
4. PoojaArchana may publish customer reviews and ratings on your profile.

6. Background Verification

1. You consent to PoojaArchana conducting background verification using Aadhaar and PAN details provided.
2. Any criminal record may result in rejection or removal from the platform.
3. PoojaArchana may contact your references as part of the verification process.

7. Disputes & Grievances

1. In the event of a dispute between you and a customer, PoojaArchana will act as a mediator. Its decision will be final and binding.
2. You may raise grievances by writing to support@poojaarchana.com within 48 hours of the incident.

8. Termination

1. PoojaArchana reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove a pandit from the platform for violation of any of these terms, without prior notice in cases of serious misconduct.
2. You may voluntarily deregister from the platform by giving 15 days written notice via email.
